   • Snap Mosaic reserves the right to delete accounts or projects that violate these terms or one year after purchase if the associated project is not renewed.
   • All project data, including images, mosaics, and user submissions, will be retained for a limited period based on your plan. Free project data will be automatically deleted after 7 days of project creation, while Mosaic Pro data will be deleted 1 year after expiration of your Mosaic Pro Plan.

   • Snap Mosaic is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our Services.
   • You agree to indemnify Snap Mosaic against any claims arising from your use of the Services or your uploaded content.
